After 9pm they will mess with the food for no reason other than they are bored teenagers making $20 an hour for an easy job...... They deserve a lawsuit. These people could not even make a large Carmel iced coffee and it was over 3 dollars. I have never had this problem any... other McDonald's. Never has an iced coffee cost so much plus it was a medium not large and it was vanilla. The cup literally says med iced coffee. Read more
I wish I could put a zero. Not based on customer service but the way that the management was treating the staff. Yelling and... screaming while everyone in the dinning area can hear. I was just unimpressed with what I was hearing from the manager, it wasso demanding and disrespectful. She was even disrespectful to guests and did not even acknowledge anyone. Read more

The new workers are unprofessional and don't make the sandwich with care. They are all standing around doing nothing. I find the... way my sandwich was made was everything globbed up into one pile. They get my order wrong every weekend, I go there every Saturday morning they are nice enough and the food generally is quick... but none of that really matters if the order is ALWAYS wrong. I called and spoke to someone about 10 weeks ago and explained howmy order was wrong they apologized and took my info and said I would receive coupons which I never received, there has been 2other occasions since this one so I called again 2 weeks ago and again they apologized and said they would look into it and havethe GM call me so we will see. Tasted OK but I wouldn't recommend this store. Two of the four cheeseburgers we got were very squashed. The other two were only... slightly mushed. Notice the folded bun and the burger under the cheese is broken. Read more
This is the most blatantly incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. 10 straight orders with at least 4 missing or incorrect... items including frozen Patties.
