My wife and I came for our anniversary. We came during the dinner rush so it was busy, but wait time was reasonable at 30... minutes. Text messages were used to signal when or table was ready. We were promptly greeted by our server Miranda and had veryattentive service from her for our entire meal. Zuppa Toscana soup was delicious as well as the rest of our meal. One of my favorite places to eat! Great service. I like the updates waiting area since they've added more benches to wait on.
A little bit of a wait, but that is understandable as everyone is short staffed now a days. Hostess was very kind. Food was... excellent as usual. Our waitress was very pleasant. A definite go back for us. I also noticed you can go online and add yourname to their wait list prior to showing up which may save a little wait time. Read more

We waited 20 minutes for a table for 9 despite the restaurant being half empty. We then had two waitresses for a table of... 9. We were told 5 minutes after we ordered that the soup would not be ready for 30 minutes. We then received 1/3 of our orderand never received the rest until we asked about it 20 minutes after the first food arrived. At that time, it was obvious thatthey forgot our order and the manager took the order off our checks with a discount. However, we never received our soup, mostof our order, and NO ONE SAID THEY WERE SORRY. That should have been the first thing that was said. Then the waitresses cameback 3 times asking us to pay. As if were criminals!! I am so disgust. My new family from Mexico was here and I was soembarrassed. Read more
Usually an okay place but when my wife and I went Friday night there was no wait to be seated which was unusual. We only got 2... breadsticks the entire time we were there and they didn't even comp the dipping sauce appetizer we ordered which wasdisappointing being that we each only got 1 breadstick for the entire hour we were there. honestly I can't say enough about olive garden employees. our waiter was so nice and the service was great.. another waitress... had a table of disrespectful/annoying teenage boys and she handled it so well, I wouldve strangled them... the food+drinks weresoo good too. and the dessert is crazy.. basically olive garden employees are stronger and better trained than the US army andhave more of my respe ct.
