Lines are pretty long at times and they have a lot of staff working everywhere but the register. Other than that the food is... good and the drinks are good. A nice choice for an easy meal if you have the time to pay them a visit. Great location with ampleparking as well. Read more
Our Sips membership is worth it, then with their family meals deals being so affordable for the quality & quantity, it's just a... wonderful place to help stay connected in a busy world! Friendly staff, fresh made hot food, if ordered ahead nearly always done& ready before we arrive, & you get this joyful family living room feel from the whole place, like I should be bringing a book &unplug there, or take a little "me time" to calmly reset my inner self there skipping yoga for the day. The sandwich I ordered had the least amount meat I?ve ever seen on a sandwich. It literally had less than one full slice of thin... meat in it with a soaked piece of lettuce. Oh, but it had horseradish on it! Two thick, and what I?d call gross over thickpieces of bread, with virtually ZERO in between but yep it had horseradish on it was what I got. They gave us both very smallportions of soup as well. My wife kindly asked the girl behind the counter for more soup and the girl hymned & hawed as if therequest was a big deal so my wife said that?s ok never mind then. Later a person walked by and asked us if everything was goodand my wife told her about the soup and how the portion size was small. She asked us if we wanted another bowl of soup. Notbeing waster?s we said no we?re not interested in that but if we can have some added that would be great. What happen next wasamazing. The woman came back with two little tiny small cups filled up about a third of the way. We looked at each other andcouldn?t believe what we had just seen. Yep more insult by probably the manager herself. Her statement was like, if you feelshorted at Panera Bread don?t dare say so again. The kicker with all of this is we were allowed to pay $67 for this poor foodand service. Yep, at good old Panera Bread you get to get up and go get your over priced very poor food, they don?t bring it toyou. Suffice to say, we will never go back there again. There?s a reason they call the place Panera bread. It?s 90 to 95% breadand the bread itself has ZERO flavor. Poor food which is way over priced, will it survive. With inflation only about to get muchmuch higher I believe that the Panera Bread?s of the world will soon be boarded up. Read more
The 3 star is for the entire Panera chain, not just this one. I've been to several different Panera's in multiple states & when... I ask for a toasted bagel it's consistently under toasted! They put the bagel in the toaster on the lowest setting, which barelywarms the bagel. And they all have old gross bathrooms with no ventilation! Read more

Stopped in at 10am. Nobody in line and had to wait for someone to take any interest to take my order. Complete lack of mgmt... with a bunch of kids. Finally after 20 minutes I asked for a refund because all employees standing around doing nothing andstill not working on my order. Read more
