The food is still great. However, the service has gone down way too far. It used to be a pleasure to do business at the Brackett... Ave location and I would look forward to going in. Now, like so many businesses, the people they have employed give off the vibethat we should be happy they have decided to work there and be happy with whatever service we get. Even doing orders online andpicking up at the drive through they manage to mess things up and basically not even care that they did so. There usually is nomanager on duty during the evening hours, which is when most people tend to buy their products. Sad, so sad. Read more

I just picked up some pizza's from here. I have NEVER seen a more busy place in my life. Probably 75 pizzas on selves waiting to... be picked up, 10 employees making pizzas and answering phones that wouldn't stop ringing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.Especially for how crazy busy it was. Of course the pizzas are always good but the service was what gives them 5 stars today. Read more
