First time here we were searching online for a pizza place that had dine in. It was a wonderful experience. We had the lunch... special, all you can eat salad buffet which was excellent, 8 inch 1 topping pizza for a special prize. The buffet had crisplettuce and the usual toppings all looked inviting. The pizza was so good, the crust was crispy, sauce was really good and themeat was just right. The service was great. Read more
Went there for a birthday party. The staff did a nice job. The pizzas were tasty albeit a little greasy, but that was fixed... with some napkins. All told, it was a pleasant experience! Read more
This is a classic staple in Eau Claire and has been around for years. My father in law used to love this place at its former... downtown location when he was a kid seventy years ago. It's still great today. We love the crust that is in-between thin andclassic. Good sauce and cheese and other ingredients too. Read more

I don't remember if I've done a review for this place so I'm going to do it again. This place has been a family "secret" for 25... years. I've lived in New York City so I've tasted the best of the best pizza and I can say this is the best pizza still. Theatmosphere is laid back and relaxed, the food is top notch and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Sammy's Pizza toanyone. If you want some cheap garbage pizza domino's is near. I've heard people rave about this place, so decided to give it a try. A bit disappointing. On the plus side, the flavors were... good, excellent blend of sauce and toppings, and it arrived quickly. On the negative: wasn't cooked long enough, so very wateryunder the cheese (from the onions and peppers, I'm guessing), and for the price for a medium from this place, I could get 2large pizzas from Dominos down the street. The place is pretty relaxed for a good drink and great food. The bartenders are really nice. They give you the wifi password... which is definitely a plus. I like to sit here and do my college work and have a beer and just relax. No one yells or is rude.There are plenty of older people here and mature people so the atmosphere is cool calm and collected. Dine in for salad bar and personal sized pizza! Very good! Had pizza with anchovies, sausage, and mushrooms. Salad bar had lots... of choices and the blue cheese dressing was chunky! Very nice server. Read more
