I had 3 orders, and mine were made and my first drink was made within a minute of paying. Then I got to porous target and enjoy... my drink. My friend and her kiddo loved their drinks as well. 3 of us ordered drinks and all 3 were wrong. To top it off, instead of making us a new one correctly they scooped out the ice... for our iced coffees to add the things they forgot so we had hardly any ice at all! Isn?t that the point of an iced coffee??Ice! Cup was sticky because they had the caramel dripping out of the lid down the side. Very sloppy. Not at all happy. Verydisappointed in this location. I ordered a pumpkin latte and thinking that it should taste just like the name, it didn't. It literally taste like a regular... iced coffee. I had them remake it and add 2 extra pumps and It still didn't taste any pumpkin in it. I was disappointed. I didthrow my drink away outside the store. I know it was not because of my taste buds because I had my sister in laws try it and itwas literally a regular iced coffee. I know i won't be going there again. So disappointed. Read more

Although I Love the coffee here, I feel there is a bit of room for improvement. I use the mobile order app, and get ignored... frequently when trying to pick it up, and get a rude sneer when I ask to pick up my drink. Other stores have a mobile orderkiosk counter stand, it?s time this store gets one!!! Or acknowledge when someone is standing there! Read more
Shoutout to the poor guy who handled a rush when his co worker stood there and took inventory. There were at least 10 of us... standing there waiting for drinks as one male worker did everything himself. The girl at the register just smiled at him andpushed more cups towards him and continued to take orders. I felt so bad for the guy as he was super stressed out doing a twoperson job. I wish I would of got their names but I arrived at the store around 6:30pm. Read more
