They are always running out of cheese for their pretzels and I still get charged full price for a half container of cheese
I would give 0 stars if I could. Employee wasn?t wearing mask, then wiped his nose with his gloved hand and folded the sandwich... with the same hand he just wiped his runny nose with. My boyfriend and I went to this subway for lunch today. He ordered a steak and cheese footlong but received a chicken bacon... ranch. That wasn?t a big deal at first because he likes that too, until he was eating it and discovered the meat wasn?t fullycooked. We also noticed the workers looked high? Thankful a new crew, headed by Gina, have managed to turn this location 180 Degrees. Finally a courteous and professional staff... have arrived on the scene. The staff was incredibly rude. They didn't seem to know anything about what their products contained, and if they contained... something I was allergic to. The lady didn't bother change her gloves after each sandwich. Instead my chicken bacon ranch endedup with marinara all over the bun, the wrap, and the napkins. As well as I asked for olives and I got 4..... on a 6 inchsandwich. I got a handful of spinach and 4 olives. I will NEVER bring this franchise money again. Read more
