I do not recommend ordering from this location. 95% if the time the food comes with ingredients missing or they are out of... something that was in your order. The last straw was today where I did a mobile order for breakfast. I waited 10 minutes at thespeaker to tell them I have a mobile order. When I finally got to the window, they informed me that they were out of egg. Iasked for a refund, but apparently they can't refund mobile orders for some reason. They did not do anything for me and told meto pretty much call Taco Bell corporate to ask for my money back. What kind of service is that? This was a manager that told methis. No offer for anything else. No gift card for my money back. I now have to go out of my way to try to figure out how to getmy money back plus I just wasted 30 minutes of my day driving there and waiting for absolutely nothing. I will not be returningto this one ever again, which is a bummer because I live close to it. I will make the drive to Hastings Way from now on. Read more
This location is awful. Constantly slow. Constantly forgetting items. I can?t tell you how many times they have forgotten my... sauce in the bag. Love Taco Bell but this was a terrible experience. Waited for about 5 minutes to get waited on at the counter while the boy in... back talked on his cell phone. The girls prepping food and working the drive-in looked nervous that nobody was helping us, butthey still didn't say anything to us or acknowledge us. Took exceedingly long to get our food, but that was okay because weneeded time to find the cleanest dirty table in the place.
