Just wow so we got dinner form taco John's and after the attitude and having to have the manager take our order due to the use... of a coupon the place was dirty like a barn the floor sticky and smelled like rotten trash in the restaurant we received ourfood the off going manager yelling at all his staff to hury up he has an appointment grabbed food and sat down to eat I get homeand the extra guac and sour cream was not extra I returned the chicken that was dry overcooked and gross and the taco salad andwas asked 5 times why it's not good enough for me Read more
I can't even find the words for this! Taco John's is unbelievable, drive thru for order. They give me partial order. Called,... tried to get refund, manager refused. Went to location, tried to get refund or replace order. Refused. Given corporate contact.It's a joke. No one is ever in office, or they would have returned my call. Taco John's on bracket ave, threaten to call cops ona customer who is trying to correct an order that was incomplete! I paid for my meal, I should expect some reasonable servicesfrom the store manager. But instead to contact corporate to raise a serious concern about the incompetent leadership at thislocation and there fact that they screwed me over on my order. I will not recommend this location to anyone within 100 miles ofthis location. Still waiting for contact regarding this horrific experience. It deserves zero ? and is stripped of their rightto work in this city! Taco John's let me remind you, you don't make us! The consumer makes or breaks you. Ordered two soft shells and one burrito and these were the smallest soft shells I've ever seen in my entire life and the burrito... was cold. Asked for lettuce and they said it's $0.59 more for each taco so I passed on that. I used to love Taco John's but Ican have a sit-down dinner most anywhere for less money and get three times of food. What a disappointment, not sure whathappened with this place. Read more

Went an hour before close and was served a hard soft shell taco that was cracking and dry, the potato Oles were off in color... (yellow tint), tasted dry and like they?ve been sitting out. Read more
Prices high, small portions the last few times I was there and no more special pricing for softshells on Taco Tuesday. Changed... their hot sauce recipe, boo. Read more
