Great chili but I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. I ordered chili with onions and a bottle of water. When I got to... the window, there was no apology for the long wait. When I mentioned it was a 25 minute wait, I got a response: ?Well it?s thebest chili in town so it?s worth it?. Wow. The he had to go get my water. No efficient. No wonder the long wait. Then there wasno onion or receipt. Poor experience. The two stars are for the chili. I could have ordered anything and the wait would have notbeen any shorter. Read more
Overall, not the best visit to a Wendy's. They were out of Sprite... ok no big deal, we asked for a replacement. Once we paid,... they said they didn't have the chicken we asked for... ok another replacement. When I finally tried my Dr. Pepper it had astrange taste..once again another replacement. I found out after driving away the Coke also had a bad taste. It must have beentheir machine. We finally got around to trying our food after pulling away and it was all Luke warm. Why is the lobby still closed? App pickup orders, Doordarsh/gh/uber eats pickups, those ordering a simple frosty are all clogged... in the drive thru line causing 20 minute waits every time I come here. (Which is often, because I doordash.) Read more
They're the best late night to go option in Eau Claire! Always open when they say they're going to be. The nicest late night... drive thru employees ever! I've never had any issues with my order except for when they only had small cups which wasn't so badbut they could've offered us 2 since they were the smaller cups instead of the LG cups. But otherwise they rock it! Thank youlate night crew!!!! Read more
The food tasted good but me and my daughter only had one piece of lettuce on each of our sandwiches. I don't mean one big piece,... it was one small leave . Maybe more lettuce!? Everything else was great. Read more
Employees were such nice people, very kind! The only reason I put it one star down is because they got our order a bit wrong,... but they were also kind in letting me know they were out of the classic chicken (which was told to the worker on headset whilewe were ordering, which is the only reason our order was messed up). Food was still amazing and it's a great Wendy's! Read more
Cheap fast food eats. Staff is easy to deal with and quick at their jobs. The place was incredibly clean for a fast food... establishment. It had clearly been remodeled recently with new chairs, clean paint, and even a fake fireplace. Both drivethrough and walk up lines appeared to be moving fast. Read more
I'm sure they are short staffed like everyone else, but I waited at the drive thru for 35 minutes to get my food. Fries were... good, but I got the wrong sandwich (what I received was horrible). Read more
