I went in and got lotto scratch off and 2 cans of alcohol beverages. A young lady finally waited on me after she was done... goofing off with everyone working. Then as I was walking to the door she said ok I?m running before anymore ?drunks? come in.Escuse me but I?m not a drunk! Decent little store. Stopped while in the area. The food was good and staff was pleasant.
Nathan at checkout today was absolutely awesome. Great customer service and sense of humor. He made our travel day!
Really enjoyed the service from Nathan. Even with a limp he made me the best shnack wraps I?ve ever had in my life. Would return... again, just for the experience of Nathan?s fantastic attitude. Ordered a mto coffee. So far it's been 20 minutes. One guy in the kitchen struggling. Manager is just sitting by the lotto... machine smacking it. While they're dying in the kitchen. I worked for Sheetz before. Managers should help the kitchen staff whenit's busy. Not smacking the lotto machine for 20 minutes. Won't be coming back here again. Going to GetGo. Update: heeey. Themanager is finally helping. Only took 30 minutes. I ordered when there was one order on the guys screen. And not once did theytouch the drinks untill 30 minutes later.. nice. Update of the update: I left and my coffee is a vanilla hot chocolate....Nice. I mean. It's a Medium. And I ordered a small latte. So uhhh. Not what I wanted but I'll take it. It's 1 am. Who ever designed the Entrance and exit, needs a new job. This is a great store with a poor entrance setup. I honestly would... shop there more if it wasn't for having to drive up the road to turn around to come back. Honestly, I am sure the roaddepartment had something to do with this poor layout. What's the point of a mobile order shelf if you're not going to use it? Stood waiting for my order for over 10 minutes only to... realize my bag was placed on the counter out of view from where I was standing watching the mobile order shelf. No idea how longit was there before I noticed. Read more
