It's ok. Quality has most definitely slipped. I used to be a fan of the bean burrito. It was cheap and tasted pretty good. Now... it's basically a tortilla wrapped in bean paste. You might find an onion in there. So the cheese and sauce is what made ittasty. Those ingredients are pretty much non-existent. The regular tacos were decent. It's kind of a bargain. But theirprices are catching up to what it would cost to go to an actual Mexican restaurant. Read more

Got 1 burrito and a small drink. Ordered and paid for extras on the burrito. They took 10 minutes to give me the wrong burrito... and it took 20 minutes just to get a cup for a drink after being ignored by 2 people I tried to call over. Overall bad service. Read more

Where to begin... if Taco Bell isn't going to keep inventory on hand to produce your Mexican Pizza, you might as well remove it... from the menu. I ordered it... they stated they didn't have the materials to make it. Hard to believe. Also, last I checked, the health department has temperature requirements for food safety. However, last two visits my wife and I were served coldrefried beans in our tacos. How hard is it to keep refried beans warm? Sadly, I cannot recommend the Ebensburg Taco Bell toanyone. It is a fast food failure. Read more

I would've given 5 stars, however, Taco Bell needs to make their food the way it is advertised, because right now it seems like... it's false advertisement. The taste is great, but, for example, when I purchased a chicken quesadilla, you would expect it tohave more than 2 tiny little pieces of chicken in it. Don't you agree? And this is only 1 example. I could given you a dozenor more, just from my own experiences with the restaurant. We pay good money, for what should be good food, & expect it to bemade as advertised. I love Taco Bell, but they either need to train their employees how to correctly make their product or theyneed to change "how" they actually make & advertise it. I know I'm not the only 1 that thinks/knows this...I'm probably just 1of the few that calls the franchise out regarding this. So next time you purchase Taco Bell, I urge you to really look at it &ask yourself, "Is this really what I get, for what I paid?" I know that the majority of businesses care more about their profitmargin than their customers, but this type of thinking really to change! If it was me, I'd rather have satisfied customers, whoare repeat customers, than ones who are disappointed in my product & never purchase it again. It might reduce your profitmargin at 1st, but in the long run your profits will continue to grow & not be short lived. Read more

If you're a vegetarian you're safe to order anything here because they don't put enough meat to notice anyways. The picture of... the meal up on the menu isn't at all what I got. From little to no meat & sour cream on my chalupa or in my burrito to almostzero cinnamon and sugar on my twists. See for yourself! Read more
