This is an honest review, this BK is slow okay YES it is but they have never messed my food up and its slow bc they have dont... have much business so I'm guessing food is prepped only at order (fries etc not already made). You almost always pay and thenhave to pull up, they used to have you pay and reverse your car but they haven't had me do that in awhile (they have a sensorwhen a car pulls up to time how long said customer has been waiting for order) id still go here over McDonalds. Every businessive seen at this spot eventually goes under so i think people should stop complaining and just take it for what it is, its not agood business location idk if its bc police station is next to it or bc Ecorse is ghetto but same people complaining are sameones if it went under say wow they should build something there! or theres no local jobs! Stop complaining im sure the place isbarely surviving, and if you know the area you know quality workers are in short supply. Read more

This place is beyond horrible!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this establishment...order is almost always wrong and when u try... to get it correct the older lady at the drive thru gets a attitude with u and takes your food from you to make sure your notlying smh the manager Louis (low is) is a horrible person also..reporting to BBB Read more
The consensus is your restaurant?s, food, customer service and cleanliness is at an all time low. Some of the residents of... Ecorse would rather drive to a neighboring city Burger King than subject themselves to curt customer service and poor qualityfood. Please put forth the effort to retain some of your customer base. This place looks closed from the out side. At 615pm on Friday no one was there. I was about to leave until I saw employee taking... the trash out. Relatively fast service. Fresh hot food. Read other reviews, they make you back up so you can't see inside whilethey make the food that alone scares me. Would have been 5 stars but the we don't want you to see us make your food is BS. Sloppy made burgers. Low quality customer service. Lady was on the phone with screaming kids in the background while taking my... order. Could care less about me trying to order. Not to mention how expensive a (medium) whopper meal cost! Many other burgerjoints with much better quality and price point. Read more
Since my last visit year's ago, this restaurant has dramatically improved! Cleaner, friendlier, and much more organized! Not... quite a 4 or 5 star just yet! However I am comfortable giving the Ecorse Burger King 3 stars today. Read more
