Ordered McDonalds yesterday ordered a 10 pc nugget medium with sweet tea, a kids nuggets with apple juice and large dbl quarter... pounder. I received only drinks and sandwich at first. My wife and I said this is not what we ordered we were missing two wholemeals and the remainder of the one. Than they asked us to move up to third window, we did and got stuck waiting 20 mins just tostill receive wrong order we received a small fry instead of medium and a medium fry instead of large and no apple juice either,cold nuggets and sandwich all 28 dollars unacceptable this used to be a great McDonald?s and would always ways stop whenshopping not anymore this has really dropped the ball Read more

The young lady taking our order was very rushy, kept asking us "Is this all" after every item we ordered. And just seemed flat... out impatient. I felt her customer service skills we're lacking and I couldn't help but ask her face to face why was she rushingour order? Her response was " Well, I'm from Louisiana and this is how we talk". And her attitude was dismissive and showed shereally didn't care how she was perceived. I've traveled all throughout this country and I actually have family from the South asboth of my parents were both born in Southern States and I can tell you for a fact that in most Southern states you will meetthe most kindess, hospitable people in the entire country if not the world there.. This lady was flat out RUDE! Our order wasmade perfectly but the service was trash. My family will not be visiting this location again now or in the very distantfuture. The manager approached the window with tongue piercings giving the appearance of someone selling something other thanburgers but that is here nor there, this establishment shows the McDonald's franchise in such a bad light. ???????? We asked for an order of 1 thing of hotcakes for my daughter and they gave us 3 sets of hotcakes and random sandwiches we went... back around immediately they told us we couldn?t give it back because they already took the money off our card and the fact wesaid 3 pancakes(which is what the hotcakes come in). As someone who used to work in fast food, the order should be read back toeach customer when they hear it, so any miscommunications are cleared up before someone pays from something they didn?t askfor.
