Went in Friday night and it was packed through in drive thru and inside. However, they move very fast and are constantly... dropping fresh food. I ordered online and picked up at the register. Half of the dining area was closed with chairs flipped on top of the table.... There were children still dining and running around the dining area. My 5 piece only has 4 and they forgot to put the saucelisted on my order in the bag so I had to ask for it. Check your bags before you leave. Didn't open the box until I got backhome. Read more
LESSON LEARNED.. i'm done with fast food places, especially this location. EDDYSTONE. This nasty employee in the drive thru used... my debit card to purchase almost $20 worth of food for i dont know who!! People are so disgusting and sneaky. My debit card waswrapped in the receipt when she gave it back to me but i didn't put it back in my wallet right away. I sat it in the passengerseat (big mistake). When i pulled into my driveway, i grabbed my things, and as i was putting my card in my wallet i realizedshe gave me a different debit card back! I called the store SEVERAL times but no one answered. When i checked my bank statement,i seen the $22 from my order AND another transaction from popeyes for almost $20!!! Read more
I thought all Popeyes were the same, well the ???? is a lie. I got the 5 pieces for $6.99 and let me tell you how I ate 2 pieces... and ran right to bathroom. Uuuggg. I should have known it wasn't right, ????. It wasn't hot not even warm, really. My tummy wasjacked for 2 days. I have gone to other Popeyes and I never went through this. Website says they close at 10pm but we pulled up at 9:30pm and they told us they were close when 9/10 they just didn?t wanna... make more food and their lines always moves so slow, need to get faster and better workers in there or location needs to treatworkers better so they?d actually wanna work. This Popeyes ???? at Eddystone Plaza has the best chicken ???? around. It's always hot and fresh. Today I got my daughter four... wings crispy we love the crunch. Two breasts and four legs. With two side orders of macaroni and cheese and my favoritecoleslaw. For a fair and reasonable price of $17.49 The store is clean and well they and the staff is friendly and nice. Theyhave a drive-thru the wait time isn't long. This Popeyes ???? store was just reopened not too long ago after being remodeledafter a big fire. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Don?t bother going here because they don?t care. I ordered from DoorDash and they gave me... anything. NEVER asked for this much and STILL got my order wrong. Went through drive thru used my mobile app too order. I was on line for at least 10min.Then when reached the ordering window the... person was so rude. Asked for my name I gave them my web order # they still wanted my name. Reached the window only to begreater with the young man saying YAY!!! I looked at him like what!! I placed a web order he looked confused! There preparing ithe said. I ask him for my receipt he said we don?t have any I said why ? Can I speak to a manager.
