Never got my food. Did an online order to be picked up at 5:30 waited at the store for about an hour after original pickup time... and never got my food. A walk in woman came in ordered food and left before I got my food I inquired about 30 plus minutesbefore that woman walked in the store. The front cashier woman was horrible. She barely paid attention to anyone who walked inand acted like it was annoying to have customers. I never got my food and left. Wouldn't eat here. Friends at the Health Department official gave their last inspection a severely failing grade. If you see the... 97.5 Grade that was from February Inspections. Last inspection was this past week. Meat and Dairy not properly stored,inadequate water temperature for washing hands, ...etc. Certainly will not do business again here Read more
Food always prepared fresh when ordered an always delicious. The staff an manager always polite an respectful.
Terrible quality and cleanliness. Picked up an order and was given an incorrect pizza with a hair in it and burnt bread sticks.... Waste of time and money. Do not eat here. Read more
I placed an online order. Their phones are down tried to call about order but only got a busy signal. Been like that for the... last week or so. They definitely could have cooked the crust a little longer. I had pizza dough (not crust) with every bite. ???? I know I have had better from there. Read more
ZERO STARS (if it would let me)!!! Little Caesars located at 808 S Van Buren Rd, Eden, NC 27288 is the WORST store ever!!! This... isn't my first bad experience at this particular location, but definitely will be my last time ever going there! Online orderplaced at 7:35pm, estimated pickup time was 7:55-8pm. While waiting in the parking lot, all the lights inside the building wentdim/off. Outside sign was NEVER lit up from the minute I pulled up. Both the front and side doors were locked BEFORE 8pm. Triedcalling the store; it just rings straight busy like someone took the phone off the hook. Open sign was not lit up. They'resupposed to be open until 11pm. I was charged for a pizza I never received!!! I have already contacted Little Caesars via theirwebsite's "contact us", called my bank to stop/dispute the charge, AND will be calling the Corporate Office first thing Mondaymorning. I took pictures for proof!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! (Side note, maybe it's good I never got my pizza...seeing asthey have a 84.5 B rating). Read more
I order 3 of the NEW 1/2 pizza and 1/2 cheesy bread pizzas and was so dissatisfied. I had tried this kind once before because I... love the cheesy bread. That first time was great! But these 3 were basically 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2cheese pizzas!! Thats why youget sauce with them! In case someone wants sauce. They should have kept the sauce off of the cheesy bread side. So mad!!
