The fries aren't even cooked, the burgers are yuck and sloppy. No kids meal drink. SMH this is the last time I'll order from... there or go there. The food is just disgusting anymore. Too many better options. Read more

I know your a fast food place does not mean you gotta be rude to customers and get a attitude when ask for condiments. Got a... frappe was over flowed the girl just put it in another cup thinking it stop it from leaking out from the lid an kept drippingand got a attitude when was ask to fix it. Mobile App is absolutely Grrreat!!! Always get free item, plus a deal, that I can choose on each order. Saves us lots of... extra cash, and we could always use that. Fast food has gotten a lot more expensive over last few years. Especially when kidshave got older, and need more than the happy meal. It could be same price as a restaurant you would take your family to on theweekend. With the App it's made prices way more affordable. Highly recommend trying it out. Read more
They are a consistent mediocre and sometimes awful. From giving you the wrong food or making half your order wrong while waiting... so long for corrections that the ok stuff is cold, they never seem to get anything right. But at least they are nicer to youover the intercom than the rude workers over at Burger King. Read more
Horrible customer service! This is the second time in two weeks that they have gotten my order wrong. It took forever to get my... order at the drive-thru, and when it did finally arrive, it wasn't what I ordered. When I went inside to have it corrected, ittook another ten minutes for them to make a 1/4 pounder and fries meal. I wasn't the only person in the lobby who had anincorrect order, either. Evidently, the staff there is habitually apathetic. Everyone from the manager on down doesn't seem tocare about their jobs. I won't go back until there has been a complete employee turnover. I ordered 3 happy meals, all with apple slices, but only 2 happy meals had apples in them. One of the packs of apple slices had... mold growing on them, they were clearly bad, you could look at them and tell before we opened them that they were bad. I don'texpect things to be perfect when ordering fast food but this is ridiculous. Read more
First, I don't like to give places low ratings based on one experience. so this is a culmination of the last several... drive-thru visits. Tonight, no napkins (as usual), no straws, my sandwich was dry, on a burnt bun. Plain Cheeseburger hadeverything on it, except cheese. They took our food to another person waiting for their food at the curb while we were stillin the drive-thru waiting at the window. Won't hurt my feelings to not go back. Do better Eden McDonald's.
