Called and was hung up on twice used motel landline same thing? I see by reviews this isn?t new. If employees can?t or won?t do... the job they are paid for they need fired. Wake up corporate do better for your customers this place is shameful. Read more
BEWAREE THE EMPLOYEES THERE CHARGE YOUR CARD AND COMMIT FRAUD BECAUSE AFTER A 31$ PIZZA CHARGE WHICH WAS 1HR LATE AFTER SAID... TIME THEY CHARGED THE CARD AGAIN FOR 99 AFTER I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING EVER AGAIN A REPORT WAS FILED WITH BANK! We didn't get the extras that I ordered. I wasn't brought a receipt to verify my purchase. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes... to speak to a manager about the issues and no one ever answered the phone. Please save your time and money and go somewhereelse. Still waiting on that pizza to be delivered from last night... This location is ridiculous. It's impossible to get anyone on... the phone to see the status of an order, let alone place an order. Emails and calls have been made to corporate in an attempt toget a human to issue a refund on a meal that was never delivered. Save your money, your time, and the frustration and do notorder from this location - or company if this is how they manage their franchises. Read more
I haven't eaten here in over a year because of a bad experience my wife and I had there. We decided to give it another chance... today. We walked in and were the only customers there. Not busy at all. The salad bar was a wreck and 3/4 empty. We were told tosit anywhere, so we did. 10 minutes later, after nobody came to serve us, or even get our drink order, we left.
