Our waiter Sarah, very nice lady but she gets way into contact with customers she forgets what she is doing or what she has to... do. We ordered the grilled chicken Street nachos but with pork did not get pork, the cheese is not melted like nacho cheeses allit is cheese from the store melted and it?s all hard and not even melted, the nachos were burnt to crispy, no cheese no toppingswere over the nachos it was just slapped on in the middle very very dissipated. Waited an hour to get refills on our drinks thatwe never got, Sarah never once asked how our food was or needed to have any refills. Sarah seemed like she knew what she wasdoing but she was needing the manager for EVERYTHING!! We used a coupon that was good till October 24,2022 she kept saying itwon?t go through but just admit it she didn?t know how to type the code in right and needed the manager and an hour later themanager got the code punched in right. Our food and our service was not worth $60. My husband and I will not be coming back hereagain. Very disappointed!! Do better and train your employees better. Unfortunately I wasn?t pleased this time around. Ruby Tuesday was always my go to spot in Eden, however Sunday my experience was... horrible. My waiter was very unpleasant. After being told by HIM that he was the best waiter in the building, I had highexpectations. The lies. A few times this waiter went back and forth wanting to get the last words with a few individuals in myparty, including me. Customer service is definitely not his thing. The food came out at very different times, like 25 minutesdifference. Unacceptable. We had to get our own utensils, because none was ever provided to us. The refillable drinks didn?t getrefilled??? but yet you want to beg my party to fill out a SO CONNECTED form. No thanks. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone call was answered. Many times I've tried to call to place orders and received a voice... mail. A gentleman greeted my call and I asked if they could bring out my order if I placed it on the phone and he said yesma'am. Thrilled I placed my order and also he accepted my coupon code. After I arrived at the restaurant I asked for the nicegentleman, who unfortunately I don't want to name incorrectly, but thanks sir. He immediately brought out my dinner and wasvery polite. I tipped him and left. Once hone to inspect my dinner.. it looked exceptional. The taste surpassed any of the mealsI've had in years. The New Orleans Seafood platter and Hickory Bourbon Chicken leaving me wanting to order more. If it's newmanagement/new cooks, I'll make sure to dine here more frequently! Only bar tender was serving tables. Manager told us it be 20 min wait and took our number but an hour later we left and never... got seated. This was NOT our first time with very negative experience. It will be our last. Never going again until corporatecleans up store and get new managers. Time before last the steaks we ordered were rotten and smelled bad. Really enjoyed our waiter it had been a couple years since my husband an I had visited this restaurant... an the waiter was very professional an helped with making suggestions. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST meal and experience I have ever had there. Today is my Anniversary and I have been looking forward... to a good steak all day and to celebrate with my husband. My 8 oz steak had about 7 ozs of fat, our server never came back tocheck on us until we were ready to leave and then they didn?t even compensate my bill. Had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday today. The bartender, DeAndre, was very professional, attentive, and made great drinks! ... Blackened chicken quesadilla was delicious. Great atmosphere. I originally came to get some ribs for my neighbor, but once Isaw the menu and ordered that margarita, I was reeled in. The bar guests around me were super friendly. It was altogether agreat time.
