Went here for dinner last night. Apprehensive because we had very poor service at the Applebee's in Shakopee last time. This... experience at Eden prairie location was 1,000 times better. It can't be easy running any restaurant in today's world. We had a nice meal here last night. Our server was the most refreshing... young man that we have encountered in a long time. Happy to see us, smiling, friendly, fun and positive. In addition he showedpride and integrity in doing his job. I think his name is Jordan. They have such a great menu. Fairly extensive and they were able to make my take out order very quickly even at quarter to 5:00... it was ready in 15 minutes. Pricing isn't too bad either. I'll be doing that again Read more

The food was quick to come, and had great quality. I have reviewed this place before but it oddly somehow got removed, so... anyways, yeah, overall 5 stars. The only complaint I have is that there was a small over-seasoning thing with my Hamburger,where one side was seasoned perfectly while the other was seasoned just a bit too much. Again though, overall, 5 stars. My onlyquestion is: "Why are there always new managers every month?" That's a question I've wondered myself, and the question appearsfar too often when I see new staff, often too, with the new manager, and why both the management and the staff are leaving fartoo often. Damn good Cajun chicken and blackened shrimp. Cooked exactly how I wanted it. And the shrimp were amazing too. Nicely seasoned... and not to much either. Definitely a nice not to expensive meal. Loved it. Oh and the onion rings were great too. Read more

My 7 year old wanted to eat here for his birthday. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and I get this. Basically blended ice... with a tiny splash of strawberry flavor and tiny amount of alcohol. The manager came out to talk to us and was so rude anddidn't do anything to fix the drink. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes for them to even come back to the table and they didn'teven ask me what I wanted to drink, I had to ask them for a drink. My kids waited for refills on their drinks for a long time,no silverware until we asked. Worst service and horrible employees. Will never come back here!!!!!!! Read more
