I had a horrible experience with the employees and costumer service. Today the employees had accused me of taking of price tags... and stealing. I showed them all the things that I was holding, they got to check everything but continued to tell me that I wasshoplifting and they will be taking away my items, and once I asked what price tags were taken off, they weren?t even what I washolding. There was another young lady that clearly took off the tags on the items, but the employees still tried insisting thatit was me who did it. This upsets me deeply, and I wish they will be better in the future. Read more

Friendly staff and interesting reads

There were books here. Many books. Fiction, nonfiction. I didn't notice any bugs, mice, or rats. The employees seemed to... tolerate my presence, I didn't receive the vibe that I was going to get stabbed by someone stocking the shelves. The picture isnot from the store. This Barnes and Noble is very well-organized and well-lit. I love the large windows in the cafe which really let in the natural... light when you are sitting in the comfortable chairs, reading a book and sipping some of the delicious coffee from theStarbucks. Read more
