I?ve been a regular customer throughout the pandemic and I always thought this vendor had my safety as a customer in mind when I... entered this store. But I was shocked yesterday when I entered the store prepared to place a large combined order for myself andsome neighbors and I found 4 customers and ALL 3 employees maskless. Whatever virus particles any of these people had wouldsurely be left hanging in the air or deposited on the bagels. And I imagine that behavior to include customers who had beenthere prior to my arrival. The sad thing is that I had just come from the Costco and Byerly?s locations in Eden Prairie and allof the employees at those stores showed their concern for their customers health by wearing masks. Needless to say, after anuncomfortable few moments sizing up the situation (I really wanted those bagels and sandwiches) I turned around and left. Iguess I need to find another supplier for my bagels. You should do the same if you value your health and want to stop thepandemic that has ravaged our community and economy. Read more
Adam makes it right! Went into Brueggers and had a specific order and he did not rush me. They always have excellent customer... service and Adam always goes above and beyond. Cosmetically speaking, it?s a place I would expect in NE Minneapolis, not Eden Prairie - ripped seats, could use some fresh... paint, and trash and egg shells on the floor. But hey, leaving your trash out means you can prove you use fresh-cracked eggs!But the customer service was great, so not a bad experience. Read more
