This store is terrible, the service is slow and the management doesn?t care, they close early constantly. I called to ask why... they were closed and the boy on the phone was incredibly rude and said he had stuff to do and hung up on me. Stopped in for a quick sandwich, never heard of Brueggers, most likely won't go back. $8 for a breakfast sandwhich, size was... decent, service was average, but very bland and avocado has a bitter after taste that threw off the whole thing for me. Read more
Slow service. Workers were nice but chatty while making the food. Food was bad? ordered the Bacon & Avocado Sandwich. Missing... the avocado and mostly tomato on a bagel. Not worth $7.19. I will be calling for a refund.. Read more
Nice to know that I'm not alone in my bad experience. The other staff were nice to me. The manager lady running the checkout,... heavy set, dark hair, the same woman who everyone in this review section is complaining about. This one star review is for her. Get rid of her and do both your suffering employees and customers a favor. I will stop in periodically to see if thislocation cares enough about customer service to bother talking the appropriate action. If not, I'm in a unique position topass on my experience directly to many of your clients. Heed my advice or your business will suffer greatly. UPDATE : I havebeen back to this location a few times since my last post. I believe the old management has changed. They either quit or gotfired. The new woman manager is a short haired, slender lady who works incredibly hard and delivers impeccable customerservice. I was impressed with the turnaround in quality service. From zero to 4 stars! Terribly disappointed. I have been visiting this store for several months. Started being an above average experience, friendly... greetings, smiles, free pickles with a sandwich. Then the pickles disappeared, then the smiles, then the friendly greetings.Well, the last time I was there, I ordered a turkey sandwich with double meet and some condiments. Well, no double meat on thesandwich, but I wasn't charged for it so I didn't say anything then. Today I ordered the same thing, Not only did I not getdouble meat, I didn't even get turkey. This bagel was filled with ham, a meat I detest. I don't know what they are thinking atthat store, but at least make the sandwich with the meat I ask for! Read more
Workers were nice!! But they were out of all bagels other than plain and all the Turkey we got on the herby was 2 small slices-... see photo. A little disappointed after being a fan for a long time. Read more
This shop used to be great. But a month or so ago the entire staff changed. It?s really gone downhill since. I have to repeat my... order 4 times, they still mess it up. They forget things, burn the bagels, and get the order wrong. They also are painfullyslow. I now will drive an extra 15min away just to avoid this location. It?s a shame, they used to be great.
