This specific Holiday station's incompetent and disrespectful employees are the reason minimum wage was created and maintained... for so many decades. Poor management, however, is how terrible employees are hired and keep their jobs. Today was at least the3rd or 4th time that my wife or I have had very negative experiences, and it will be the last. I will NOT be reprimanded byrude employees for bringing errors to their attention, much less tolerate being instructed to leave "if I don't like it". It'sa shame that such a great location can be ruined by its unqualified attendants. How could a simple counter jockey beunqualified, you ask? Just read all the one-star reports before bothering with this place for anything more than overpriced,pay-at-the-pump gas. Read more
Rude employee..had worst experience at this location today..In the past employees were courteous, helping in terms of selecting... the right wash, helping type the code once in the queue etc. But this one shouted..?like I said type the code on the pad? ..Ipaid for The Works wash and in the past other employees used to do 2-step pre-soak and tire clean ( as advertised) unless I ammissing something?this one did not do anything..put the car through the wash straight away! Hi, you have a great location but your store and premises are not very clean and your car wash seems old and not well kept.
Wanted to do a return and employees told me manager has to be there and I could only go when manager was there anytime before... noon. I love in Mpls and don't have time to wait for manager to be in a I have a full time job and 5 kids to tend to also. Read more
Absolutely disgusting workers. Workers were laughing at my mother from inside the store while she was trying to pump gas. Turns... out that gas was unavailable and instead of telling her, they were laughing and cracking jokes. Put a sign if you don?t have gasavailable at the pump. Also, hire better staff then some 20-something yr old bozos, that have nothing better to do then bea-holes to people just trying to get gas. Read more
Car was damaged in car wash caused by the employee; owner still has not paid. Employee who was doing the pre-wash sent my car... through the track when he did not realize that a car was stuck in front of me. My low-profile vehicle was pushed into the guardrail causing damage to my bumper. Staff handled the issue very well, and told me that I should not worry and that it will gettaken care of. Unfortunately, the private owner does not want to take responsibility. I still am trying to get money for thisdamage. Very disappointing. Read more
I?m a fan of Holiday, but I steer clear of this one. It?s credit card system fails frequently and stole $45 from me. They said... the refund would show up in a couple days; never did. Went to follow up and after they?re system couldn?t find the transaction,the manager told me I can?t get a refund. Even after showing him my bank account statement as proof. Both of its vacuums areseverely outdated. One doesn?t have enough suction to pick up anything and the other just eats quarters. The employees arenice, but it?s systems and equipment need a complete overhaul. Read more
