This Eden Prairie location has horrible customer service. The short obese lady working evenings is rude. She did not acknowledge... when we came in which is fine. However, she made us wait to be served while she finished what she was doing. She then precededto ask me what I wanted on my sandwich while telling me it doesn?t come on it. The kid began to dump trash next to the ladymaking my sandwich. I had to tell him to stop. She should have told him because she is the manager. Some other white peoplewalked in and she immediately summoned other workers to help. I?m wondering why I didn?t get the same hello and respect to helpme when I walked in. Just plain rude. Read more

The absolute best sub on town! Yes you will pay for it, that considered, absolutely worth it. #8 and #+13 with an almost... unhealthy amount of mayonnaise, we all have our vices... Super friendly service, and 1 gal knows me by sight, along withothers. Great job!! Read more

Sub did not have peppers onions cheese or jalapenos on it. Just meat and bun. Still loved it. But so much missing.
