Not a fun experience. Went into the store, ordered two large iced coffees during the lull between lunch and dinner. Wait time... was over 20 minutes and drinks had little to no ice. They seemed decently staffed and not that busy so I really don't understandthe QA issue and wait time. Hopefully the location improves in the future. Read more
We went here to get Halloween Happy Meal pails. I was so excited for my kids to share in my own childhood experience with this... limited time treat. Unfortunately this turned out to be an awful experience. We went inside for our purchase and ordered at theself-service kiosk. The mistake was mine for going inside, because this particular mcdonalds has a playplace. I didnt let thekids go play because we had things to do and i placed our order to go. Boy, was that a miatake! We waited over 40 minutes to getour order and when we finally did get our food (3 Happy Meals) it was cold. We missed an appointment as a result. I really don'tunderstand why it took so long, or how the food ended up being cold but this experience was awful. Read more

Fast food? In line at drive thru for at least 40 minutes. Then didn?t get what we ordered. Almost like they had run out of 1/4... Patties and were using happy meal ones. ?Quarter pounder without cheese or pickles? came with 2 much smaller patties and cheesein a Big Mac bun. Read more
Don't dine in! Last night we did two orders. 5 soft serve treats took 30 minutes. 2 more took another 20. Soft serve, so no... cooking, just dumping it in a cup with a chosen topping. Used to be the best McDonalds in the southwest metro. Over the last year it has gone down hill. The wait times in the drive... through are unbearably long at anytime during the day and the fries are consistently cold. The overall food quality compared toother McDonalds is quite a bit lower. What has happened to this location? Drive a little farther to one of the otherlocations. The only positive about this location is the friendly staff. Read more
