Worst location to order food, sadly. Breadsticks were made wrong and burnt. How is that even possible. Poor customer service... and unable to get the order right. Took 1 hr to wait, after arriving to the store for a carryout, for Breadsticks that didn'teven have any seasoning on it....workers excuse was she didn't know where it was. Very disappointing experience. I ordered to be ready when I got done with work. When I arrived the order was not even started.... There was only one person running the whole place and that was not her normal location to work at. For the owner of thebusiness, I would suggest that if you know that you are so short staffed you should be there to pitch in and help so you don'thave angry customers. Last time I ordered here, my pizza was still raw and thought maybe it was a busy day. I let it slide. This is the second time I... go and pizza is poorly made again. I waited 2 hours for the wrong pizza. I ordered super supreme and got some pizza with pineapples no meat and olives which I... ordered no olives. I call the store and he said it was his co workers fault and they are remaking my pizza but it might takemore than 2 hours cuz they extra busy and hung up on me. New to the area so we decided to give this location a try. Cinnastix came and we?re not coated with cinnamon which isn?t the end... of the world but they were completely dry and not cooked all the way through, nor did they include the frosting for the stixeither. Didn?t receive the sauce we ordered for the wings and 4 pieces of our pizza weren?t even covered with any toppings letalone sauce so it was just dried out bread. Store workers are the definition of lazy and incompetent, zero customer service skills, they tried to keep my 30 dollar, and... refused to give pizza I had proof of payment for. Taking no responsibility for their technical glitch and offer no way toescalate for a refund they expected me to pay twice. When I declined and ask how I could get my refund they refused to help andtold me to leave. My child was in tears, I?ve filed a complaint with their corporate offices. Read more
