Eden prairie location had only one employee out front doing everything! Taking orders, making shakes, cleaning tables, etc. ... all the while the computer system was down and she could not process credit cards, so was on the phone with IT at the same time! No one should be put in that position. I would not have blamed her if she put a closed sign on the door until the computerswere operational. Reward her please. I'm surprised there were only two staff working here during the lunch hour on Friday. It's obvious they're overwhelmed when... there's a spike in guests. They were courteous and pleasant though and the food still came out fresh. Read more
We walked in and heard the front counter person complain how busy they were. When he said I'll be with you shortly, I said no... problem. He turned around and complained how short staffed they were. I said it's fine take your time. Me and my wife were stilldeciding. He said o it's fine that we are short staffed. I said no it's fine your taking your time. He complained some more andmade us feel like we were an inconvenience. We turned around and went to five guys instead since he made us feel souncomfortable. The last time I went to this place about 3 months ago it was the same guy and we got the same experience and Iput up with it then. No longer will i go here. Do not go here! Read more
Bad! They used to be great. I used to hit them for lunch frequently and loved it? It?s been a couple years and they not only... went downhill but crashed at the bottom. Dry burger, fries were tough and chewy, my son?s chicken sandwich was dry and bland,Tables and floors were not clean, bathroom needed serious help, there was goo on the order/table number, staff not so goodeither. You?ll get a better experience at any fast food place at 1/2 the cost? Next time I want a step up from fast food I?mhitting 5 Guys or MyBurger. Read more
Upon arrival, the greeting from the older, short statured gentleman (with short, light-blondish hair who was working the front... register, and logged under the name ?Jason?), was not very welcoming. As a customer who arrives and orders well before thislocations posted closing time, it?s unfortunate to be greeted with an employee who throws his hands up in the air, looks at youwith a face of frustration/disgust and then proceeds to turn around before turning back around to take your order. After myorder was placed, another man and young child (Father and Son, perhaps) - entered the restaurant and were greeted with thefollowing (from the same man working the register) - ?Great!.....More people!...? With the understanding that there are harddays as employees employers here and there, I?m writing this review in hopes that there?s an opportunity to provide a refresher,training and room for improvement in customer service. This was honestly one of the most bland disappointing meals in my entire life. It was flavorless & I got maybe 15 fries for a... 14$ entree. Never tried smash burger before but I can tell you I have zero interest in ever going again after this experience ifI could give a -10/10 I would, disgusting Read more

Employees obviously need more training, it's sad when they don't even know what they're able to ring up and what they can't. We... asked if we could make items into a meal instead of it being ala cart and he said yes, so family and I ordered thinking we wereordering meals. We were CHARGED to upgrade everything to meals and then everything ended up being ring up separately as wellcosting us over $80! Drinks alone are over $3 each! These are small drinks by the way, you can get a drink twice this size (andhave more options) at McDonald's ffs! I'm sorry but a small soda is only ever going to be worth that much if it's from a nicerplace, not a place like this. We also had customers who ordered after us get theirs within 2-3 minutes of them ordering, it tookalmost an HOUR for us to get our food.
