I order from this Starbucks 3-4 times a week if not more. Nobody ever says hello or thank you or have a nice day or you're... welcome even tho I tell them "thank you!" every single time I pick up my to-go order. Not one person even looks up to see ifthere are people standing there waiting for their drinks for long periods of time (which always happens). Today I ordered mydrink at 7:25, got there at 7:40 and had to wait an additional 10 minutes before asking if they had it...they didn't and had tomake it at that time. No apology, no "thanks for waiting", nothing. Not one person even noticed me standing there waiting for 10minutes even though there were 8 people working. I was laughed at by an employee named Georgia when ordering. For background, I have a speech impediment that has recently been... exaggerated by an orthodontic procedure and sleep deprivation. While ordering in the drive through, I made a small speech errorthat I quickly fixed for clarification. She must?ve found it funny because she was quick to start laughing right after. Shetried to suppress it but I could still hear her laughter. I tried to push it off, thinking I was hearing things, but instead asI drove forward she was still visibly attempting not to laugh. I?ve never felt so embarrassed about how I speak more in my life.And as someone who has worked in the service industry for over a decade and at a coffee shop chain similar to Starbucks, I?venever been or seen someone with communication issues so poorly treated by staff. The location of this store is terrible. It's in a tiny parking lot with s drive through that goes around the building, but the... drive thru line is so long that it goes out into the adjacent street and also blocks the entrance to the Starbucks parking lot.If you order ahead and want to go in, good luck finding parking. I can't even go get coffee here anymore. No parking or waitover 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic. The placement of the store is terrible. Read more
Starbucks is as Starbucks does. Drinks are always good and the baristas are friendly. I would recommend ordering ahead for... pickup though, we drive through times can be excessive right now. Overall, always a great pick me up on the way to work orduring lunch. Read more
I went here bright and early to get a coffee while waiting for the Tesla display room to open up 2 miles away. The service was... fast and friendly! If I am in the area, I will go back again for their wonderful morning staff and great service. Read more

Nothing against the coffee or product itself but it feels like the building maintenance is neglected. On the drive through sign... one of the ?f? has been missing for over a year now and nothing seems to be done about it. Unless it is intentionally spelled?Starbucks Co Fee? instead of ?Starbucks coffee? I think it should have been fixed instantly. It makes me wonder why areowners/managers not bothered by presentability/appearance issues... Read more
