Very good place to sit and read a book. Warm fireplace in the winter. Perfect dim and golden lights in the evenings.
I brought in my own cup. Got home went to stir in syrup? it was green! I ordered an iced latte with whip. I had to drive all... the way back to the store. I told them I didn?t get the drink I ordered. They went to remake my drink - very little apology. I asked them for a $4 card for my inconvenience. They weren?t busy & were busy talking amongst themselves. Very unimpressedwith their customer service! Read more
First thing I noticed of the change is no more freedom of adding your own sugar and half and half. They took that away now. Now... it's added by the employees. If it's not right good luck calling them back to add more, especially on busy days. Mind as well gosomewhere you can tailor your own coffee to your liking. Read more
Location is extremely efficient. There isn't a drive through but staff get you in and out in less than 5 mins (depending on the... order) Spaces to meet, has the starbucks feel, lighting isn't an issue. Very pleased with my visit. Read more
I come to this starbucks frequently before work and Ashley is usually working and almost always has a poor attitude, she seems... angry and upset. She?s extremely rude and has horrible customer service. Never smiling, has a tone, short and snippy with youwhen ordering. Will continue her conversation with coworkers while taking your order and never caters towards customerconversation or even a hello. Because of this, I try to avoid this location because she?s often there and makes the experienceso unpleasant. Read more
Horrible place. Wow !! I walked in at 6:15 AM no greeting seemed annoyed I even walked in 2 women in the front said ?we?re not... open? the website says 6am one blond another dark haired girl. Felt so awkward I just left never going back again. Read more
Great staff, friendly and everything. But I got a cappuccino and it was atleast 90% foam. Only had a swig of actually fluid in... it. Never understood the hype for Starbucks. Read more
Coffee was normal. However the employee there was grumbling loudly under her mask that they were understaffed on Black Friday.... At that time there were only 20 max in the shop and maybe 6 people in line. It definitely killed the atmosphere. Read more
