Management needs to staff according to need. They only have 2 people on bar for a post-church Sunday morning/afternoon with one... back bar. Expect to wait 10 extra minutes for any in-person or mobile order. The 2 stars are for the bar staff that do such agreat job under pressure (pressure that really wouldn't be there if management staffed accordingly). Read more
The staff at Starbucks is always friendly. The drinks are good. I wish Starbucks had better food choices instead of prepackaged... frozen stuff but the coffee is always delicious! My daughter loves the cake pops and my puppy is always happy when we go throughthe drive through for a pup cup! Read more
I just went got my order and ask if my drink was a venti, and the manager who gave me the drink said, ?I can?t read your mind?... which I reply, you never asked the size. Very angry manager, I am sure she?s having a bad day and I am the lucky customertoday. Read more
