Location is great but the mobile order ahead feature is terrible at this location. I don?t mind walking up to the window to pick... up my drink but don?t expect anyone to notice you. I?ve ordered via the mobile app several times at this location and it?s thesame every time. The point of ordering ahead it to not wait for your drink. The staff gets annoyed too if you?ve been waitingand wave at them or knock at the door. I will not be coming back to this location because of this reason. Read more
Ok service when we are able to order, pretty long drive thru line usually though (last time we were in line for a half an hour).... Today we tried to stop by at 1 pm for drinks and they had a trash can in the drive thru and weren?t accepting walk up orders.Spotty in general. Read more
The location of this Starbucks is excellent, but the staff really leaves something to be desired. If you order via the mobile... app, be prepared to wait outside for 15 minutes as there is no lobby and the staff doesn?t answer the window quickly at all. Iunderstand mornings are busy, but the time it takes to get through the drive through line is about double that of a normalStarbucks. I give it two stars as the staff is nice when you go through the drive through and the order accuracy is strong. Unfortunately plan on spending 15-20 min in line waiting for your order. Literally the worst drink I?ve ever had. I got two Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos, one with 2 shots of espresso. There were... no other customers there when we were there. They took almost 10 minutes to even have us pay which honestly is not even thepoint of this. The drinks weren't ?blended? it was completely liquid and the whipped cream melted before i could even get out ofthe parking lot. The 2 shots of espresso were at the very bottom of the cup so it was disgusting. It was as if the drink wassitting out for an hour. It?s frustrating when its $16 for your order and its not even drinkable. Read more
I just stopped by this new location and I am so happy I did. I've been to many Starbucks locations and I go quite often so I've... had many good experiences but this was my best experience yet. All of the staff were super kind and friendly. They drew cutelittle hearts on my coffee cup and even offered a pup cup without me asking. I am so appreciative of their kindness and it mademy day. Stella and I will definitely be back! Read more
This place wins the award for slowest Starbucks ever. With only 2 cars in front of me, I waited close to 15 minutes to get my... order. Wouldn?t leave a one-star for one bad experience but this has happened on other occasions. The thing that gets me is itseems like they are trying to be slow if that makes sense? There was zero sense of urgency from the staff to get the linemoving. I would have driven off but you are stuck in the queue. I would have been better off going to the locations a few milesup or down the street. Read more
