I absolutely love this Starbucks! I live in Bloomington, and truthfully, this location is out of my way. However, the staff here... are fantastic - so friendly and efficient. They are never out of what I want, have never gotten my order wrong, and always offera pup cup for my dog even if I don?t order it. Kudos to the management. Keep up the outstanding work! Read more
my twin and I have gone here every single morning for over a year now, sometimes even multiple times a day & everyday THEY... HIT!!! many employees have kindly memorized our annoying orders & they always execute perfectly! Considering the Covid-19 restrictions put on businesses, this Starbucks is doing a very good job. The outdoor and indoor seating... were full so we put the gate down on his SUV and got out a folding chair in the parking lot and talked for a couple of hourswhile he enjoyed his coffee and I enjoyed my latte. Ever since the move into the stand alone building with the drive through this crew has really pulled together some amazing... service. Management is tight and everyone who works there is friendly, polite, and makes you feel right at home. It's agenuine pleasure to pick up coffee every day and say hi to the friendly faces.
