Fast food is always bad for you. Don't eat it, don't let your kids eat it or your neighbors or your sisters aunt's cousins once... twice removed boyfriend eat it. Disgusting. Read more

I usually only hit the drive-thru here, as it's on my route home from work, or a pit stop after shopping at menards for a... project that I need to finish up. The drive-thru is good. The speaker works well. They have an early menu, to give you time tothink about what you want, and the main menu is close to the microphone station and large enough to read. Read more

This Taco Bell Experience was amazing! The food was surprisingly cheap, and it tasted great! They did forget one of our cinnamon... twists...and made up for it by giving us 2!!! Will eat here again if I have the chance Read more

Walked in at breakfast time- 9:30. Stood up front to order and the employees just looked at us without saying a word and never... came up to take an order. Oh, got it. We're supposed to use the self-order station behind us because nobody is coming to takeour order. There were at least 5 employees working. They called our name and we went to get the order which was 5 items, 3food, 2 coffees. Only the food was on the tray. Had to ask for the coffees. And, we had to tell them what the coffee orderswere. There were no other orders inside when we arrived and there were no cars in the drive thru. While we sat there, anotherparty came in and waited up front. Nobody came to take their order until they hollered for someone to come up. Food was good.Service is very lacking. Read more

I ordered a spicy potato soft taco along with some other items and after taking a few bites of my taco, I noticed there was blue... fuzzy mold in the tortilla!! I was so disgusted and upset. This is an unacceptable mistake. I don?t plan on eating at thislocation again. I called and the manager offered a refund and coupons. Thank you for handling this issue with care. I hope thisdoesn?t happen to anyone else. Read more

Date of Visit: 12/2/2019 approx. 7:30AM - Received wrong order (cinnamon bun bites instead of hash brown potatoes) & crunchwrap... wasn't flat - it was as if they rolled a really fat chipotle-style burrito and threw it on the grill that way. Totally bizarre!!This location definitely needs re-trained. Date of Visit: 10/21/2018 approx. 12:20PM - I am shocked at the way we were treatedat this Taco Bell location. We walked in and up to the counter. The clerk greets us with, "Cash or card?" We respond, "Excuseme, what did you say?" She states condescendingly, "AH SAID, CASH ER CARD?" My fiance states, we'll be paying with a card. Shepoints at the kiosks and walks away from the counter. We turn around and begin to look at the kiosk, as this is the first timewe have visited a Taco Bell where you placed your order yourself. As we are ordering on the giant electronic tablet, an oldergentleman walks into the store and the same clerk tells him that he has to order at a kiosk. He explains that he's notcomfortable. The clerk states, "Well, then you'll have to pay cash because I only take cash orders." After we finish ordering atthe kiosk, we take a seat. We wait 10-15 minutes, wondering why our Taco Bell order is taking so long. We go up to the counterand they say, "Are you missing something from your order?" We state, "No, we never received the order, we're checking to see howmuch longer it will be." The clerk says, "Well, do you have a receipt?" The kiosk didn't print one for us. The clerk then asksus what we ordered, and we told her what we thought we remembered ordering. She said she had no order for us. We check our bankaccount online and can see that a $15.45 order went through at Eden Prairie Taco Bell. How could the order have been charged tothe credit card, but not have been received by the store and completely missing from their "Receipt Look-Up" thing? We ended uphaving to go next door to Wendy's because we refused to pay again for our meal. This is the l Read more
