The commercial kitchen of Jan Buhrman, open to the public. Their baker is excellent, pastries and bread are excellent.

The food selection varies but usually includes soups, salads, sandwich wraps, and whatever is left fromcatering. Great staff, take out with a bit of very casual outside dining. Read more
