Loved that we could get a brunch cocktail and loved the vegetable options- the veggie breakfast sandwich was very good! We had a... little mishap with ordering, however, and the team serving approach failed, so we sat for an hour before someone took our foodorder. Not entirely their fault- we were chatting merrily and didn?t realize that it had been so long and we had not given ourorder until we saw people leaving who had already eaten, but had sat after we had. The food was delicious and the service was really some of the best that I've ever had in my 20 years of living here. The wait... staff is capable, courteous and very pleasant. In all the years Lucky Hanks has been open, their wait staff are consistentlygood -- as good as the food! Read more
Nice sized restaurant. They didn?t have the cod cakes but substituted with salmon cakes. Tasty, but was looking forward to... trying the cod. The mimosas have fresh squeezed oj. Host and waitress was nice and friendly. Service was quick as we went firstthing in the morning when they opened. Read more
We went last minute because the other place we wanted couldn't actually accommodate dogs. Very pleasantly surprised. Meatloaf... was out of this world. Wife loved her salmon. Very attentive service and our dog got quite a few pets. Highly recommend Read more

As usual Lucky Hanks does not disappoint for breakfast! The French toasts are out of this world! And the omelets, although not... the massive American diner size some are used to, are absolutely amazing and definitely big enough, served with the bestpotatoes! Definitely high island prices but you actually get what you pay for here! And the service is great in a niceatmosphere. Read more
