I go to fuel up, and I am notified by a tag on the pump That the credit card machine outside is out of service Therefore you... must go inside and prepay. Ok! no problem.....WRONG! The girl/guy behind the counter has an attitude from the start. I used tolike going to Casey's. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and appeared as if they were happy to be a part of the human race. However, Ms. THING with the pink/blue/hair with bad roots has basically taken the "Customer Experience" and used it as if itwere Charmin. I hope her attitude can be adjusted or have her/him/it eventually replaced with someone who knows how to definecustomer service and not just how to define... This has got to be one of the most poorly managed businesses if ever frequented. The managers constantly keep the store... understaffed. The food service is never able to keep up with their promised delivery times. Unfortunately there isn?t enoughcompetition in town, and I still find myself ordering pizza here from time to time. Today I arrived 10 minutes after myscheduled pick-up time and they still hadn?t even begun preparing my order. Just miserable business practices by owners andmanagement. Read more

Very clean store. Friendly, happy staff. Bathrooms are always very clean, and never smell bad. I'm always greater when I enter,... and the manger there is always around to fix problems for her guests. I would recommend this gas station to everybody. Read more
Strictly posting a review based on the quality of service from ONE employee, Kelly. It amazes me how every time I?m in the store... she remembers my wrap order. She?s happy, Courteous and energetic. Never in a bad mood or has an attitude like some clerksdo. Last week I called in to order a grilled Chicken wrap to pick up on my way home from work. On the phone I miss spoke andsaid that I wanted horseradish on my wrap. When I got to the gas station and pick it up she said ?I figured that was you thatput in that order and I knew that you don?t typically like horseradish? You typically like honey mustard so I put that on theside for you instead?. Wow, way to pay attention to your customers Kelly. Clean and has a lot of options however customer service at night is horrible. They close down machines that need to be cleaned... early I assume so they can get out faster at close. Also the kitchen closes early. The stop answering phone around 10pm so thatthey don?t have to take any new orders. I guess the kitchen closes at 10:15p. Definitely could use better service! Read more
Ordered a pizza and breadsticks was told 45 minutes for my order. This wasn?t my issue, my issue was after 45 minutes when I... showed up my order wasn?t ready (I assume) I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes made eye contact with the employeemultiple times and was never acknowledged. He just continued to make food. I guess if ?no one? shows up he gets free dinner orsomething. So I left and went to McDonald?s. Thanks. Read more
