I ordered hash browns and a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee tastes bitter, like athe beans were burned. Learn... how to make coffee. The hash browns were almost burnt to crispy. Should be light brown, not dark brown, and they put creamcheese on my bagel without toasting it. Here's a hint, either toast the bagel and put cream cheese on it, ask first, or give thecream cheese on the side. Not that hard to just ask. Will not go to this place again. Read more
Usually okay when I stop at this location. On Wednesday afternoon I stopped here on my way back to Madison. Ordered 2 egg &... cheese wake-up wraps & medium iced hazelnut coffee. Got on Interstate, & bit into food...still cold & frozen. Same with 2ndsandwich. And coffee tasted like watered down creamer & had tons of coffee grounds on bottom of cup. Was already on theInterstate, so no way to turn around. Usually okay (although half the time the ovens aren't on past early afternoonunfortunately), but complete bust this time. The food was terrible and overpriced. I bought a breakfast sandwich, large coffee, hash browns, and a couple of donuts. The... coffee was okay but nearly cold by the time I returned to my car and got on the freeway. I expect way better for a $3 cup ofcoffee. If coffee and donuts are your specialty it should be good and in a container that keeps it hot for more than 5 minutes. Let's talk about the donuts. The donuts were TERRIBLE. they tasted burned AND they were tough as cardboard like they wereseveral days old and sat on the shelf the entire time. The hash browns were cold and there were only 6 of the tater tots andthey were crumbled into pieces of cold greasy chunks. totally inedible. Went through the drive thru and we ordered egg bagel and egg croissant, specialty coffee and a coke. Sandwiches tasted like... cardboard the bagel was so hard thought I would break my teeth!!!! Coffee cup not even 3/4 full and they gave my a bottle ofcoke not even fountain. Worst part is that it wasted $15.00 and some change! By the time you get back on the road it?s too lateto go back. This is the worst DD I've ever been to. I have given them numerous chances to get orders right. Made up excuses for them as to... the shortage of people, training, etc., but I have yet to get one, yes even one order correct. My last order was a breakfastsandwich and the bacon wasn't completely cooked, cheese not melted, and the bread wasn't toasted let alone warm... my dogenjoyed it though, and the coffee was ok, at best. They've forgotten parts of my order....out of two items!, they've not toastedsandwiches, they've been out of donuts, etc. They are making McDonald's look good! Things happen, I get it, but when it's beenevery single order for at least eight months, I guess I've reached my limit. No more excuses. You've lost a customer. Read more
I love me some Dunkin but we stopped in on our way back from Chicago on a Saturday afternoon. The lady that look our order was a... bit unprofessional but whatever. We ordered a few drinks and some sandwiches. Another lady made our drinks promptly and theywere good. The lady who took our order made our sandwiches and took a while, which is fine? but the sandwiches croissant breadwas slightly burned. Mine was missing cheese, and my friends was missing egg.
