Usually a hit or miss place. The staff is usually pretty good, but there's been times when they are completely absent in the... middle of the day. Nobody at the drive thru, nobody at the front desk. Would recommend going to culver's across the street. Read more
Probably one of the worse meals from McDonald's in a long time. Drive thru, service was fine but food dismal. I had chicken... nuggets, you can't screw up those. But the Mrs. had filet o fish (stale, cold in the middle, excess tarter sauce) which shedidn't finish, then a burger with Mac sauce (also stale, not fresh), last some over cooked bottom of the barrel fries. Monday, 10/10/22, came through the drive through, nobody in line. Ordered a happy meal, got home and there was no toy! Called to... inform them of their inability to perform fast food duties, nobody answered. Read more
With being as busy as it is, you'd expect them to be efficient or at the very least fairly timely but they're not. It... consistently takes 25+ minutes to get food through the drive thru, sometimes longer. I know exactly why. There is, at most, fivepeople working at a restaurant that's right off the interstate because the current management is a mess and people are quittingas quickly as they're getting hired. There is a reason there's a massive "now hiring" banner out front. Read more
The doors were locked to get in, except for one. Then only kiosks to place an order. The bathrooms were dirty with garbage on... the floor. I ended up going through the drive thru and they only took cash. I didn't think I was in a bad neighborhood, but Iwas traveling back from Wisconsin on 90 and not familiar with the area. I am just posting to see if they can get some help! I know that it hard hiring people right now but the wait times at this... McDonald?s is getting worse and worse. I usually have to wait at least 20-30 mins to get my food at any time of day. The lobbyhas been closed for months now due to lack of staff. I know they have those digital menu boards in the lobby and it looks allbrand new. It looks like a missed opportunity to make profit! Are all McDonald?s suffering this bad? McDonalds needs to reallylook at paying there employees better and reward the staff that stayed. Rant over. Read more
Drive thru was insane wait time. We ended up using mobile app to order and curbside pickup. Waited almost 15 minutes for our... food and they didn't give us the sauces we ordered and the fries were old tasting. Definitely recommend skipping this one andgoing to the next one less than 10 minutes away. Read more
So, I have said this many times now. 13 to 18 bucks an hour and you can't even make a Big Mac properly. Pathetic waste of time... going there. Call them and they say, oh just bring it back in. Against waste of time. This place needs fixing. Been goingdownhill for quite sometime now. Won't be going back there again. Spend 30 to 60 bucks everytime. Read more
