Good food and friendly staff. But painfully slow! It took over 15 minutes to get my order of two items!
Very un friendly girl working the drive-thru. As we waited for our food she was eating near the window as another girl was... biting her nails. Doesn't seem like a very clean place. I know employees are hard to come by but I would imagine a place likethis right off the interstate would try harder. Maybe they would have more business. Choose another business. Service sucked. Forgot my nacho cheese went back around the drive through to get it and all three... employees are yapping with, I assume, a friend. Eventually the person I dealt with sees me and knows what she forgot. They didnot acknowledge me or say anything. She made a gesture to another worker who went and got something, went to another part of thebuilding and did something, and then handed me the cheese sauce. No sorry or oops.. my two tacos were super sad. Essentially itwas like a burrito bowl but instead of a bowl it was a paper wrapping. The tortilla was hardly used. Was hopeful for better. Ordered the chicken (fried) potato burrito and somehow managed to get a burrito filled with nacho... cheese and sour cream. I appreciate the staff?s enthusiasm throwing all the dairy a burrito can hold into my order, but itcompromised the meal. Additionally, I had no tater tot?s in the burrito as the menu described. Please consider the art of usingthe ingredients in moderation, or even at all. Read more
1 person working register, 1 person making food, and 1 person sitting on phone. Seemed to take longer then normal to get food... when I was only order. And then I pull my food out of bag and see how nasty the box is. Not sure what it is but inst not from myfood. Absolutely gross! Read more
Stopped in to grab a bite to eat quick before continuing our 6 hour drive home, it took a minute or so to have our order taken... but that's because of when we went and how busy it was, Not a result of anything to do with the employees, who were probablyunderstaffed as it was. Food came out reasonably quick for how busy it was, and wasn't a sloppy mess like most fast foodrestaurants nowadays. Staff was polite and friendly and greeted us as soon as someone saw we were there (took maybe 45-60seconds). Yeah we don't have any complaints, only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because I personally don't believe any fastfood restaurant is worth 5 stars, 4 is the best a place such as this will ever get from me Read more
Fairly nice place to get a burrito, food was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. The order was ready within a few... minutes and came out hot, the ingredients tasted fresh. Nice tots. Read more
Made my order at around 8:40pm. I asked for potato oles. Got home and they didn?t put it in the bag. Maybe if the front end girl... would take a break from FaceTime I would have had my meal correctly. Left a message about the situation. Went to voicemail. I?llpass on returning.
