Normally I would leave a skating review for I McAnything, but when I went to McDonald's the other night, I downloaded the app,... because I'm a hawk for my points these days, I immediately got a free fry with any purchase over a dollar, and it was a mediumfry at that. So of course I did the smart thing in order and ice cream cone and got the free fry and did a little jig incelebration. I don't know I was surprised fresh and perfect salted, the ice cream cone which was shared between three people wasvery delicious as well, so we ended up actually going back and getting a mcchicken, which then my friend was able to getthemselves in another medium fry which we all shared and then my third friend did the same thing and so we ended up having alittle "Feast for the poorsies" which I mean no disrespect anybody struggling with homelessness or financial excuse, that's justwhere we were at that moment. But once we threw those fries on tour make sure kids in with some spicy mustard, we felt like wewere McMillionaires. And everything just refresh and delicious, the staff was super awesome and super nice and the restaurantitself is super clean. Want to make sure it's noted that I am quite critical when it comes to fast food restaurants, but in thiscase there was no guessing games on what part of the chicken I was about to be eating, more like devouring so thank youMcDonald's and keep up the work, and nice starting wage for new employees, way to set the standard for the lot of you. They will almost always be consistent with getting your drinks wrong. For the love of God my order was two vanilla cones and 2... dr peppers.....how the hell with one other person in the driveway did they get that wrong?! I'm not asking for much.??????????? Read more
Ordered but for some reason my payment didn't get through. Cashier said all was ok and waked away. Waited for 20 mins and when... asking the manager he showed the cashiers screen and that the order hadn't gone through. Did anyone let me know? Did anyone sayanything? Nope. They just walked away. Pure incompetence. The people who work here simply do not know how to do their job. Themanager tried shaping it like it was my fault that his employees ignored that the order didn't go through. It's a 5 star McD's not a 5 star restaurant. You are getting fast food. I always get smiles, kindness and the order right here.... My friend is addicted to McD's but never order the status quo. This place has, in the two months of living here, yet to mess upher order. Which I have to say given my past experiences with other location is pleasantly surprising. Read more
I moved down the road from your establishment and order from McDonald's all the time. And im so tired of the service.. Every... time I order the food I never* get the sauce I asked for. Rarely get straws. And half the time I'm missing a main part of theorder. This time I was given literally ever sauce except for the one I ordered. My kids entire happy meal was missing. Frieswere cold. Slushie was half melted. And no straws. I get messing up every now and then but EVERY TIME? Every order I've made hasalways been dropped off messed up and missing things. Do better. The people here are passive aggressive, but only towards certain people. A line of the drive through people they don?t respect... had to come in to fix their orders while everyone was waiting for theirs . Read the reviews to notice the pattern. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a number 1 large. When I got home I noticed they gave me a medium drink. When I tried... to call, they would not pick up the phone. It makes me feel like once they get my money, they do not care about me. They werenot busy, so they can not make the excuse that it got mixed up. All I want is what I paid for. I know they will not try to dowhat is right by making up for what they cheated me out of. It would cost me more in gas to go back to have them make it right. Read more
