Worst service ever 45 min for a carry out. Ended up my pizza was sitting for 25 mins. Got given a old pizza and nobody even said... sorry and the manager who saw and new the problem didn't even try to talk to me or anything what a joke hope they fix somethingsoon. Being that I was a server/ bartender for 11 years I rarely leave a poor review. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt.... I have been coming to this establishment frequently over the last four years. I never have the correct sauces when I pick up mytake out and I have just gotten use to asking before I walk out the door. Last week I experienced the most horrible foodpoisoning after eating from this location. Not to mention there was a hair in the bottom of the box. After finding out otherpeople had experienced food poisoning from this location the same week, I attempted to call to speak to a manager multiple timesbut no one picks up the phone and the answer machine message cycles through. I placed an order online and I have a particularly unusual delivery address. Even the USPS delivers my packages to the incorrect... house because of this often. It was dark and after the hurricane certain lights are still not working on my house and I noticedthe driver having a difficult time locating me and not being able to visibly see me. He ended up pulling away. I then noticed myphone number was incorrect on my profile leaving him with no way to contact me. I immediately contacted the store to let themknow this was in no way his fault and to update my contact info. They were all super accommodating. The driver was able tolocate me and was extremely friendly and understanding and we had great conversation upon his arrival. This location definitelywent above and beyond! Read more
We ordered three large pizzas for our family of 6, including 4 teen/young adult boys. What we got were pizzas the size of a... medium, NOT large. And they were in fact larges in the boxes marked Large. We got the New York style pizza which was good,better than their regular hand tossed. However, it was so incredibly salty. Makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up! Read more
After three deliveries and this was supposed to be accredited Pizza $22 later they send the wrong Pizza supposed to be Brooklyn... apparently they forgot to put the extra Ham on till after they cooked it wow what a fail Read more
Seem to be that everytime we order it takes over an hour to receive our food. We stopped ordering from here for at least 9... months, when we tried it again still the same problem. Every time we call to see what the issue issue is, we get yet anotherexcuse. My food should not be in quality review for 30 minutes and then arrive cold. I will no longer provide them with myservice. Customer service means nothing to them. Such a shame. If I could give negative stars I would! Read more
This location is horrible! The number of times items were missing from our orders are too many. The "tracker" doesn't seem to... work on their end. When it shows that they're doing a quality check, are they really doing one or is it just for the customer'ssake? We've also been awarded a free pizza so many times because of delivery delays. Like many others, I've given them anotherchance so many times. Take a look at these bread twists. They're the size of fingers and stale, at least a day old or have satunder a heat lamp all day. My husband ordered our pizza at 6pm and was told it'll be 15min so he waited in his truck. Went back inside to get it and was... told it's in the oven. Long, repetitive story short, went back in 45 minutes later to only find out that it's been ready thewhole time!! and not one single employee thought to check the top of the oven! Not one single employee apologized for themistake or anything. Even worse, the manager herself hid and never came out to apologize! We've been customers in this locationfor 20 years and this was the worst experience. Read more
