Placed a Togo order at 12:36pm just a coffee and a sandwich. Arrive at 12:45pm with the coffee waiting but no sandwich. I don't usually buy coffee from there, as they don't offer refills and are overpriced, but, I wanted to treat my friend. The... coffee was very weak. They wouldn't accept my friend's app for a lousy cup of coffee, even after spending $ there, IN FRONT OFTHEIR LARGE SIGN, OFFERING THIS. I left feeling cheated. Had to give 1/5 stars. Every time I go to this location, they are incredibly slow. Not only were they incredibly slow and had... me sitting at the mic for awhile before I could order and then when I get to the window, more waiting while I see the drinksitting at the window. Then I take a sip of the drink and realized they didn't give me the right order. While the sticker onthe cup was correct. They gave me coffee instead of Chai. They can't even read a cup. Read more
Luckily the coffee is still good. The donuts are not. No longer fresh. Brought in frozen and defrosted. Yuck! Munchkins have... been reduced in size considerably. Honestly, I don't know how they are still in business. Read more

My experience was so-so, I had used the mobile app to order a couple food items and a couple coffees. Everyone in the kitchen... was running around aimlessly and looked miserable as the manager was shouting at Everyone. The drive thru was not even full andthere were only four people inside. My food was ready in the pickup station but my coffees weren't and they weren't even what Iordered when I got them, I understand there are staffing issues but I really expected more out of this location.
