The girl at the drive-thru has no idea what chicken salad is. Does not understand when you request a chicken salad sandwich.... Apparently she doesn't even realize it's on the menu. Maybe train your employees better or hire some smarter ones that know whatchicken salad is! ???????????? Read more

Sandwiches looked and tasted disgusting and the fries had so much salt they were inedible. $20 worth of food in the trash.
Was a good first time in a long time visit. Service was fast and friendly. Very accommodating and true to order. Fish sandwich... was ok, not fond of coating but fish was decent. Thanks for allowing me to try $1 sandwich. Read more
Not the best Arby's I've been too, but I guess not the worst either. The fish sandwich was a bit dry and could barely taste the... fish. I asked for extra cheddar sauce and extra red ranch sauce on my beef and cheddar sandwiches, but they had NO ranch sauceand all the cheddar was on the wrapper and only one half of the sandwiches. The white cheddar mac n cheese was over cooked(microwaved too long) so the cheese sauce was too thick.This isn't the first time they've messed up my order either. The onlygood thing was that the fries were hot and fresh and they remembered not to put ice in my drink this time. Not sure I'll begoing back to that one since they can't seem to get it right. This is the first disappointing meal at this Arby?s I?ve had. It was around 6:30 we ordered 2 reg. Roast beefs large curly fry... and 2 drinks and 3 cookies not heated. Got to the window to get our food girl handed us our drinks my small strawberry lemonadehad like 4 pieces of ice and had way too much strawberry syrup very sweet. They had no Arbys sauce and the fries we still rawneeded about 3-4 minutes in the fryer and the cookies were heated up. Very disappointed Read more
