I'm changing my review based on the service I got today. I was contacted in regards to my review due to the issue that happened... back in March. The new manager there ujjwhi. I believe that's his name but is very apologetic for something he wasn't involvedin and the ultimately made it right so thanks Cold Stone and thanks to the team at the Edgewater location. Read more
I love this place! The ice cream tastes so good and seems very fresh. I spoke with the owner/manager who works behind the... counter, and he said they recently took over and have all new staff and they truly care about their customers. It really shows! I love chocolate shakes and I was super impressed. The "Gotta Have It" big size took care of my cravings! The ice cream is... made fresh daily and tastes great! They also have all NEW friendly staff. I highly recommend this location! Read more
WORST cold stone I have ever been too. 2 teenagers behind the counter. Wouldn?t even give us time to look at the menu for a few... minutes, just kept rushing us and asking ?are you ready yet? when we literally walked in 2 minutes ago. Kept rolling their eyesat us. One had curly brown hair and REALLY long fingernails. It was disgusting. All our ice cream cups were spilling over andand not clean. They weren?t wearing gloves when mixing the ice cream either. The other had a beanie, sunglasses and headphonesin and couldn?t hear us (since they were listening to something else). They got all our orders wrong, charged us for extratoppings but didn?t put any of the topping in the ice cream. The curly haired one with long finger nails gave me my receipt andit was WET since his hands were still dirty with ice cream. And when he returned my card that was WET and DIRTY with ice creamtoo. I had to wipe everything down myself. I just left with my sisters because I didn?t even want to deal with trying to talk tothem. Wouldn?t recommend this location to ANYONE. The ice-cream shop was very friendly and welcoming and the founders favorite signature ice cream was very delicious.
