My first time ordering from this location. Everything was almost 100% perfect. What didn't meet my expectations was the missing... cut up scallions and the Old Bay Spice in the Alfredo sauce on the MD Crab Pizza. David the driver was awesome in delivering mypizzas on time before 8pm and being able to find my house as Google map drive is too stupid to understand I have 1 "L" in mystreet name. Kudos!! Read more
On hold for 15 min and then when the lady returned she hung up on me. Finally got ordered placed and we were told 20 min for... pick up. We got there and they hadn't started on the order. Told 10 min wait... ended up 30 min. Not sure whats happening butservice has not been good the last few times ordering. Read more
Delivered to the wrong address, I had to drive to the location to pick up my pizza I paid delivery for, gave me the pizza they... had delivered to the wrong location and then made me a new pizza. The woman at the counter was very friendly and I know thiswasn’t intentional but just a huge bummer to wait 40 min for a pizza to be delivered and then having to drive to get a freshpizza anyway and wait another 15. The woman was very sweet but the delivery driver was rude to her for preparing me a newpizza. I think she was doing everything she did and I appreciated her help. Read more
Continually get orders wrong and when approached about it; deny any involvement. The WORST pizza operation in all of Edgewater.... Never again! 4.10.22 Tried this place one more time exactly a year later and they still can’t get it right. Placed order online at 11:34am. States they are open at 11am. Received a call at 12:30 stating they just opened and won’t have a driver untilpossibly 3pm. This place is run like a a circus and will not let them fool me a 3rd time. Food was really good. Nice people that work there. Had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes longer then the time it was suppose to be... ready but it was a Friday evening so I expected some delays. Definitely would recommend. Read more
The poorest customer service around town. While ordering prepared to be cut off, interrupted, hung up on. And even further be... prepared to pay for food that isn’t delivered how it was ordered. The manager is short winded, rude, and egotistical. Maybe ifthe staff was forced to take a few English classes they wouldn’t struggle with the words, “ no broccoli, nomushrooms” Call the davidsonville location, save yourself the headache. Read more
I have had several issues (forgotten orders,dropped pizza, etc) but never reviewed because mistakes happen but today I placed an... order as soon as they opened. I was order #2. It was a foot ball day so I assumed they would be busy and planned ahead. I wastold @40 min. An hour and 20 min later I call and they simply say they are busy and it’s on it’s way. And hour and 40minutes and I am still waiting. I was neither told my order would be late or offered a solution. I am sure it will be cold andwas only offers they could remake it.....kids won’t wait 4 hrs for food. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again. Read more
