Order on the app to get the best deals. Sonic is a good in and out spot to get some better fast food. The burgers are great and... when you go on the app and get a deal it makes it even better. Last time we got 2 2 for 5 burgers, tots, cheese fries, a slush,and some bites for less than 25. Thats a good deal i could have made it cheaper if i had gotten plain bites, but thats a goodbang for buck in my opinion. The service was quick and the food was fresh. Customer service needs help. Wouldn't take my order in the stall. Had to be the drive thru which makes no sense. Then they... claimed the ice cream machine was down so I couldn't get a milkshake......yes im sure ALL of the machines are down. They usethis excuse when they are too busy to make one. Being used to Sonics of the Midwest, this location confuses me. They don't open until 9, so getting a drink or breakfast on the... way to work is never an option. They also stop serving ice cream anywhere between 1-2 hrs before close and the employees seemannoyed if you order it anytime after 9 no matter when they close. So the two main things most people seek out sonic for whereit originated, they effectively don't offer and make it difficult to get. Edit: now they don't open until 10! An amazing sonic, they have such a large menu that there is something for everyone. The workers are very nice the only thing I... will say that could be improved upon is the wait time. It is not crazy but did take about 20 minutes to place our order using anoutside kiosk. Read more
First time I went to this location. I used the drive thru and about 5 mins went by before someone acknowledged I was at the... speaker. Anyways, after I ordered I went to the window where I picked up my burger and onion rings. The onion rings were warmand chewy and the burger was cold. Pretty disgusting actually. Should not get any stars. Ordered online for the first and last time. Took 40 minutes to get our order and that?s after talking... to an employee to let her know. Finally got our order and it was a grilled cheese and tots and not the 2 double crave burgers asordered. Tried to call twice and they would not answer the phone. Beware Read more
They'll tell you they're "drive thru only" at random. Half the spaces have been closed for months. Items get forgotten, and then... you have to wait through a full drive though to get this corrected. I'm sure this is a staffing issue- so hire moreaggressively. Pay more. Stop cutting corners, because every other location in this state is miles ahead. To the Sonic"representative" that responds to 1 star reviews: yes send this all to the owner. They're doing a terrible job. Read more
