Starbucks may be a huge corporation fighting against workers rights, but their friendly baristas sure do make a good chai latte.
Went to get coffee this morning and the lady working the drive thru made my day! Jane was so happy and cheerful. She woke me up... just from her energy. We waited 1 minute max for a drink so no biggie but while we were waiting she made small talk. She wasasking how we were and where we were going. It?s the little things that go along way. It?s now 4 hours later and I?m stillthinking about our interaction. Sooo? here I am making a review in hope her manager can thank her for her hard work! Read more

Out of Frappuccino?s and all refreshers. The amount of fruit flies that were all over the store and in the case with the... display loaf breads and just chillin on the syrup pumps was absolutely revolting. The employees were very nice and suggestedother drinks and assured us our cake pop would not come out of the fly infested display case. Big pass on this location fornext time. Read more
Ok Starbucks, I think it?s time we break up. I have been getting lattes from you every single day for YEARS, and the amount of... money I spend here in a weeks time is too embarrassing to admit. Today, I do my usual?. Wait in the 10+ car line at the drivethru, finally get around to pick up my vanilla latte and asked why they had not been putting the cardboard sleeves on drinkslately. The response I got was not what I expected? I expected to hear ?supply issue? but instead was told that they aren?tsupposed to put them on anymore unless someone asks for it or unless you order a Venti. Seriously!?!? I pay almost $6 for ascalding hot drink and they aren?t including sleeves anymore?! As if that wasn?t annoying enough, I get halfway home before Itake a drink of my coffee? It was NOT what I ordered. So I turn around and go back. Not only did they give me a sugar freevanilla latte without asking (YUCK! I should have kept the caramel) they didn?t even offer to give me a ?next ones on us? cardfor having to come back. Over it Starbucks, your cheaping out and the service just keeps getting worse. It may seem small but I've waited 2 years for a salted caramel hot chocolate. I couldn't get one in 19' because we had a family... tragedy that took all my time. Then last year.... well COVID..... need I say more. But this year was the hope of some normal. Myhubby surprised me with the beloved cup that I've waited for. And sadly. It wasn't salted caramel hot chocolate. No salt. Nowhipped cream. It was a lame cup of basic hot chocolate. Huge bummer. Read more
