We were treated horribly! After waiting we were told we couldn?t be served even though the restaurant was open for 2 more hours.... We asked the hostess what the problem was and she said she asked the servers and no one wanted to serve a party our size, it was10 people. We offered to split up and she said we could order take out! I waited for 27 minutes for my food; and my waiter was the bartender-- making drinks for every table and taking orders for his... tables. The waiter did his best and seemed so stressed out and meanwhile the shift Manager the whole time was right behind me onher phone sitting down in a booth behind the bar side. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My food finally came out, I had the TandooriChicken Entree. The meat was rubbery, and rice was hard as rocks! The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and terrible.Remember a manager should always display leadership that aligns with the company's policies and code of ethics. Always a friendly experience when we vist. Staff is always welcoming you as if family. They take pride in keeping store clean... inside and out. Service was excellent and food was on point are last visit. The bartender knew what he was doing first drinkscame out strong as they should and got stronger every next drink orderd. The waitress on on her game checking on us making surewe were good or needing anything every 10 minutes or so and as working in costumer service myself she has excellent ppl skills.If you ever stop in and your a bloody Mary kinda person I suggest try theirs best one's I have had in along time Read more
I would give a 0 star but google won?t let me. I walked in at 12:04am with 11 people just looking for a quick meal. Was told we... couldn?t be seated. We then walked out. I proceeded back inside to ask for the mangers name. Literally stood there for 13minutes as I watched May employees walk right past me, not one asked me if I had been helped. Mind you someone was also behindme waiting for his take out food. I stood there and watched 3 separate employees stand at the kitchen entrance look at me andback away slowing not one of them approached me or the guy behind me. Now it?s 15 mins and I have to walk to the bar to ask fora manager. When the manager comes up to me tells me his name is Chris and says sorry we stopped seating at 12. I tell him wewere the way 12:04 and he was going to turn away at least a $300 bill. He was very rude with the entire encounter. I will makesure no one I know visits this place because of the rude disrespect that was shown from the employees by including the managerChris. Read more
I enjoyed my time here. My party of 2 adults and 2 kids were accommodated quickly, serviced well and the food was prepared well!... Nothing had to be sent back, except for one person alcoholic drinks but I think they were just hard to please. Good job Fridays Read more
We arrived a few minutes prior to 11am, and the restaurant was opened promptly at 11am. As the first group, we were greeted and... seated right away. The Chips and Salsa were complimentary to Fridays Rewards customers. The Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta had agood amount of ingredients. The Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp was served on a hot metal plate. The Kid?s Sliders included twosmall burgers and many fries. I ordered beyond burger wrapped in lettuce or replace it with lettuce, it is not wrapped & there wasn't enough lettuce to even... pick up the burger. I ate it with a fork & knife. Then I ordered two sides of lemon butter broccoli that only came with 5-7fairly small pieces that were barely cooked since they were so unpleasant to eat. I'm not planning on going there again & I'mhungry at work. Read more
