The best bartender is Max the Bird. LoL coming in to carry out is always enjoyable Max the Bird gives me joy to mess with him.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I understand it was busy but the bartender/server walked by me several times and... didn?t say a word to me. She finally acknowledged me when I didn?t take my eyes of her and she finally responded and all Iwanted to start was a beer and a menu and apparently that was asking too much for her. I waited another five minutes for her toget me a menu while other people were coming in after me and she was going to them right away and giving them service. Finallyanother 5 minutes had past and she still hadn?t come to me to get my order so I just said how much is the beer so I could pay itand leave. Basically she was telling me because I was just one person and not a group of people my business wasn?t important toher so with that being said why should I ever come back if my business is important to the restaurant? We recently moved to Edgewater, and Waterman?s has helped make Edgewater feel like our home. The staff is great. When it?s a... slower day I feel like I?m hanging out with them, when it?s a busy day, they?re working hard to make sure everyone is happy. Thefood is incredible (the beach burrito is incredible) and they have a great selection of beers! And the prices are great and makeit easy to go there often! This place is great! The food is ALWAYS delicious, the bartenders are some of the best I've ever had, the specials are awesome,... and it is attached to a liquor store. The place just opened back up because it was closed from day 1 through Covid, and Icouldn't be happier. Max capacity is down, so it can't get as packed as it used too, but if I want to go somewhere for goodfood, cold beer, and excellent staff...it's here at Waterman's. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Read more
The drinks are good and food is too. They always have a good selection of drinks and specials. This place is usually busy... because of that bit theres plenty seating. The decor is pretty neat and this spot is a great tribute to those who work boatingon the cheseapeake. Read more
My first local food, and absolutely amazing!! The waitress recommended well the typical food of the area. Maryland is well known... for the crab specialties. And the crab soup was divine!! Definitely worth to stop for a drink and good food! Read more
